WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We recently had our boat hauled out and the mast taken down by your crew at Koehler's and wanted to give you some feedback. Experience over the last ten years in San Diego has shown us that these kinds of operations can be awkward and unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant so we gritted our teeth and readied ourselves for a rough experience. Happily we were dealing with your employee Katie Ham and she made it all very easy. She was responsive and practical. She showed that she clearly understood both our needs and what it would take to make it all happen smoothly. Katie did such a memorable job of customer service with us that we will definitely be returning to Koehler's soon to do some more work on our beloved boat. Both my wife and I wanted to thank you for having Katie on your team, she is a real asset to your company. See you soon!
